LIVE STREAMING RELEASE
This release applies to a scheduled live streaming and podcast interview between CULTURE IN SPORTS and the undersigned (referred to as “I”, “my”, or “me” in this release).
I am allowing CULTURE IN SPORTS and its hosts and staff to use:
(1) My picture – including photographic, motion picture, and electronic (video) images.
(2) My voice – including sound and video recordings.
I am giving CULTURE IN SPORTS the ability to use my name and pictures of me, in promoting this interview.
I am permitting CULTURE IN SPORTS the right to have, maintain, and reuse the recorded contents of my interview, in electronic and transcribed formats, and my name and pictures, in future educational and promotional activities. These future activities might reasonably include educational programming; compilations of prior recordings “e.g. best of collections;” rebroadcasts; or publication in other forms or compilations
CULTURE IN SPORTS specifically allows me to share copies or excerpts of this interview and the right to use these in my own promotional efforts provided I reasonably credit CULTURE IN SPORTS in those efforts.
I am not giving CULTURE IN SPORTS any ownership interest in any of the ideas or concepts discussed in my interview or any rights over any materials I may create beyond what is recorded in the interview. My ideas are mine and CULTURE IN SPORTS has no claim over them.
I understand I am not being paid for this interview and have no claim for future compensation for any earnings by CULTURE IN SPORTS related to its use of this interview or its contents.
I promise CULTURE IN SPORTS that I have the right to use the photos, ideas and topics discussed and they are not subject to copyright or ownership by others.
Should I want to withdraw from this agreement, because I am unhappy with my interview, I will give written notice of this withdrawal within 72 hours after the recording. If I want to withdraw from this agreement or ask that the interview not be used by CULTURE IN SPORTS at a time after this 72-hour period, I understand that there may be costs and limitations on CULTURE IN SPORTS’ ability to honor this request.
