We are a team of passionate volunteers driven towards improving cultures in various
sporting organizations around the world. If you would like to join us on our
journey, then please look at the positions below. However, we do require support in a wide
variety of roles, so if you have any other specific interests then please get in touch and we
will find out how to best utilize your passion!

Have you witnessed examples of exceptional sporting and/or organizational culture? Or have areas of sports performance and culture that you are interested in documenting for a wider audience?
Our team is seeking an energetic person who is passionate about sports, leadership, and organizational culture. A storyteller who can develop content to fuel web traffic, engagement, and demand to help educate others the short and long term impacts of positive and toxic culture in the sports environment.
No previous writing experience is required!
What you’ll be doing
- Develop articles once per week about topic about sports that have alignment with organizational culture and leadership within sports
- Once your article is posted online, engage with others about your posts to spread awareness, education, and drive people to our sites
- Engage with other writers’ articles
- Participate in other projects as desired
What your background looks like
- Be autonomous or someone who needs little direction once position and processes are fully understood
- Have a passion for sports, culture, and leadership
- Ability to write appropriate articles
- Enough technology skills to login to a website, other online tools, post articles, and engage on social media
