I am the founder of Strecker Sport Psychology LLC and an Applied Sport Psychology Consultant and Mental Performance Coach. I played collegiate baseball at McPherson College in Kansas while I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education and Health Sciences. I then pursued my Master's Degree in Applied Sport Psychology from Adam's State University in Colorado while coaching baseball at Alamosa High School.

I work with both individual athletes and teams to help them learn and apply mental skills and sport psychology techniques in order to perform at their best regardless of their situation. My work with these athletes is firmly grounded in a very holistic approach of not only helping them as an athlete, but as a human being first and foremost. This allows these 'sport specific' mental skills to also translate into other aspects of their day to day lives.

I am extremely passionate about spreading the information surrounding sport psychology and mental performance in order to help athletes chase their goals and become the best versions of themselves.
