Mike Scaramella is a host on our Culture in Sports Podcast. He has a strong background in competitive sports and communications. Mike grew up playing most sports but excelled in football, golf, and most predominantly baseball. Mike was an all American shortstop turned pitcher and enjoyed playing at two Southern California Universities, eventually getting picked up by a professional baseball organization in Canada. Mike has a unique perspective on sports culture do to his experience playing different sports at different levels of the game. Sports culture has played a very important part in both his career and personal development throughout his life. Mike is always looking for new opportunities to grow and develop both personal and business relationships.
