Chima Okoli Esq. is a current attorney & former Division I football player who played Right Tackle at Penn State from 2007-2012. During this time he was a two-year starter who was named honorable mention All-Big Ten Conference in 2011. He was also named 1st Team Academic All-Big Ten that same year. In the summer of 2017, Chima graduated from law school with his J.D. He has been working in higher education recruiting and diversity initiatives for the past 5 years. He most recently served as the Associate Director of Admissions and Diversity for Penn State Law School. Chima now runs his own consulting firm, Marathon Mentors. He is a member of the Big Ten Advisory Commission. This body is tasked with reporting to the commissioner of the conference on the issues of educational equity and the welfare of student-athletes. Chima is a board member of the Bellisario College of Communications Young Alumni Council. An avid traveler, he has spent time in Western Africa, Europe, and South America. He is a member of the D.C Bar and is eligible to practice in New York as well.
